Club Lighthouse is the name of our youth club, which takes place every Friday night in the church from 7pm till 9pm. The club is a mix of games, live music, small group discussions, drama and dance with a clear gospel message presented.

Our vision is to see Club Lighthouse become; "a light on a hill, a place where young people find the guiding light of their lives through a growing relationship with Jesus Christ the light of the world"

The Club was birthed out of the visit to the church in the summer of 2005 of a team of young people from California led by Pastor Chad Caubin and Irene Pereida. They showed us through music, drama and friendship, how to encourage young people that God cared for them and delighted in each one of them. They inspired youth from local churches to carry on the work and so the Club Lighthouse team was born!

 The club continued each Friday night and the following summer of 2006 a second team from California led by Denise Cetti built on the foundations laid the previous year, especially in Strabane. Local councils in Derry and Strabane have recognised the good work that the Club Lighthouse team had carried out in both communities.  

"Club Lighthouse" has now begun to reach beyond the Friday clubs and into local nursing homes. Over recent Christmas seasons the team have visited several homes to sing and chat with the residents and to share with the elderly and sick the same love and encouragement. The team visit a nursing home in Strabane each month and each summer travel to Wales to spend two weeks working with children and youth in a village community there. They have done this each summer for the last three years and these visits have had a great impact on the local community there. The team would like to expand this work and plant other 'Club Lighthouses' wherever the Lord opens a door for them.
